Revolve Technologies provide engineered solutions for a diverse portfolio of customers throughout the automotive passenger and commercial, defence, marine and industrial industries, across a wide range of applications and disciplines. Our Engineering Centre of Excellence in Brentwood offers full CAD concept and detail design, FE analysis, prototyping, plastics modeling, fabrication, build and testing facilities all operated in a secure environment where confidentiality is paramount.

At Revolve we offer a complete and comprehensive powertrain development, engineering and integration capability. Our expertise encompasses all fuel types, gasoline, diesel, LPG, CNG, hydrogen and hybrid applications. Base engine, iterative and associated system design is completed for market specific and legislative requirements. Calibration expertise is available for Bosch, Continental, Sagem, Visteon and Delphi control systems for both engine and transmissions. In addition, we complete CAN electrical and electronic integration for automotive and hybrid applications. Full engine and engine based testing is available on-site, utilising transient or durability dynamometers, with gasoline and diesel fuel capability upto and including 2000Nm torque capacity.

Engine build, full inspection and benchmarking activities are also available on-site. Supplementing our powertrain calibration capability we offer ‘rapid response teams’, ‘end-of-line’ test support and post launch technical support.

Similarly Revolve offer a complete vehicle based build and development testing capability. Projects have included the build of Concept Show exhibits, fully functional Prototype properties and full developmental support including instrumentation, whole vehicle Climatic and Altitude testing and Sign-Off.

Full CAD package and System Integration and Design for the associated powertrain systems including air induction, exhaust and catalyst systems, Cooling and Fuel systems, and Chassis suspension systems, compliments our powertrain capability.

In addition, Whole Vehicle and System Certification and Homologation testing for all markets for OEM and Low Volume manufacturers, can be completed either as part of a programme or as a stand alone project.

For specialist integration projects, which require the engineering of specific equipment or require the installation of revised components for individual market requirements, Revolve can provide build support in both the UK and Germany.
